Registration

• A. Full registration - Members - Early Bird – $450.00
  Save now and register with the Early Bird rate - Available only through June 30th!
• J. Cancellation August 16th - September 5th – $100.00
  ** Cancellation requests after August 15th will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
  ** No refunds are available for cancellations after September 5th. Substitutions are acceptable with notification prior to September 10th.
• K. Wednesday Evening Reception Only
  "Sun, Sand and Fun!" welcome reception. Flip flops welcome!!!
• L. Single Event - Thursday Island Time Only – $100.00
  Join us for networking and team-building activities as we enjoy all the Island has to offer.
• M1. Vendor Table - FWIT Member – $75.00
  * Vendor goods or services must be appropriate for female professionals in the financial services industry.
  * Each vendor space consists of a 6 foot table with cover and skirt.
  * The vendor tables will be located in the Exhibit Hall along with the FWIT Silent Auction & FWIT Logo sales.
  * The Exhibit Hall will be secured after hours.
  * The Exhibit Hall will be open during the breakfast hours and breaks between 8 am Thursday and 2 pm Friday.
  * All breaks (approxiately 5) will be served in the area outside the ballrooms/meeting areas.
  * Set up will be available beginning at 12 noon on Wed, September 18th.
  * Tear down must be completed by 5pm Fri, September 20th. (Last break ~ 1:30pm)
