While our local Groups are currently all located in Texas, virtual membership is available to others who are located in areas where local groups are not geographically accessible. In addition to our regular Members, and a designated level for Retired Members, FWIT has two new levels of membership to encourage and help young women who are interested in a career in the field of finance! Student Member: This special membership category is for college/university students with a desire to network with experienced financial industry professionals. To join, complete your application online and email a copy of your current semester schedule, reflecting a minimum enrollment of six (6) credit hours in a college-level institution, to FWIT Director of Membership, Nayer Sikder, @ nsikder42@yahoo.com with a copy to the FWIT Student Ambassador, Jocelyn Carby @ jocelyn@texasbankers.com to verify Student Membership eligibility. Upon notification of approval, log in to your profile at https://www.fwitexas.org/Sys/Profile with your email and password to submit your $25 annual dues and begin receiving all the benefits of FWIT membership. Your application will remain in pending status for up to 60 days for us to receive and review your docs and for you to submit your dues. Aspiring Member: This is a free special membership category for high school students with a desire to network with experienced financial industry professionals. Complete your application online, and to verify Aspiring Membership eligibility, please email a copy of your valid high school student ID, to FWIT Director of Membership, Nayer Sikder @ nsikder42@yahoo.com with a copy to the FWIT Student Ambassador, Jocelyn Carby @ jocelyn@texasbankers.com.
