Summer Leadership Forum

Each summer the Association hosts a one-day Leadership Forum consisting of a half-day guest speaker presentation on a timely topic, followed by a lunch and half-day leadership and planning workshop. Historically, this event has been held at no-cost to FWIT members and open to nonmembers for a nominal cost.

2023 Leadership Forum IX - Another FWIT Success!

Almost 60 members - Networking with "old" friends - Making new friends - Fun Friday by the fire with s'mores and music - Great presentations by Debbie Peterson and Janine Kasper - 5 vendors for weekend retail therapy - A fun game to get to know our 2023-2024 leadership team - Helpful tips to enhance Association leadership skills - A cool retro-vibe venue - A free benefit for FWIT members!  What more can you ask?

From top to bottom:  Members from the Austin,  East Texas, Houston  and El Paso Groups posed for the camera at Forum IX.  Participating in the workshop was easy and eye-opening!

Keep your eyes and ears open for the announcement of Forum X in the summer of 2024!

This annual meeting is for discussions with current and incoming Association leaders for purposes of planning and supporting the success of the Association.
