Are you ready? Effective March 20 and June 19, 2026, Nacha’s new Fraud Monitoring Rules go into effect. The new rules institute a requirement for Originators, Third-Party Senders, and ODFIs to monitor all ACH Standard Entry Class codes, both debits and credits. In addition, RDFIs are required to implement risk-based processes and procedures intended to identify credit Entries initiated due to fraud.
