Caroline Jones

Polunsky Beitel Green LLP

Caroline Jones is an attorney with a career in the financial service sector, primarily the mortgage industry and the savings bank industry.  She worked in the private sector for over 20 years and finished her full-time career in the public sector as Commissioner of the Department of Savings and Mortgage in Texas.  She served as general counsel of the Department from 2008 to 2014 and as commissioner from 2014 to 2021.

As commissioner, Caroline served on the board of the American Council of State Savings Supervisors, including as board chair. She also served as a member of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council’s State Liaison Committee. Caroline currently is Special Counsel to the law firm of Polunsky Beitel Green LLP. The firm is the preeminent law firm for residential mortgage lenders with three offices in Texas and personnel located in over 25 states.

Caroline graduated from Tulane University and St. Mary’s School of Law. She lives in Austin, Texas where she has served on the Boards of Caritas, Austin Habitat for Humanity, the Junior League of Austin, Seton Cove, and Travis Audubon Society.

Tracy McCreight

Duane Morris LLP

Tracy McCreight practices in all aspects of complex commercial litigation and construction litigation, including contract, real estate, general business and partnership disputes.  With more than 22 years of experience, Ms. McCreight is a trusted counselor to her clients.  Her practice includes extensive experience in various arbitration forums nationwide, as well as Texas state and federal courts, on both sides of the docket.  In her construction practice, Ms. McCreight focuses on representing real estate investment companies and other owners in matters involving commercial construction and design defects, and other contract disputes.  She is chair of the firm’s Women’s Impact Network for Success, a member of the firm's governing Partners Board and has served on the firm’s Professional Standards Committee.

Ms. McCreight has been listed in Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business for 2021, 2023 and 2024. 

Ms. McCreight is a 2002 graduate, with honors, of the University of Texas School of Law and magna cum laude graduate of the University of Maryland.
