Parking/Security Check-In
The parking garage entrance and exit are located on the east side of the building. Enter from 3rd Street at Colorado Street and take a ticket at the gate. There are 12 levels of parking, and attendees may park in any space not marked “RESERVED” for up to two hours.
Please bring your parking ticket and a photo ID with you into the building. Parking will be validated at the RSM reception desk on the 16th floor.
From the parking garage, take the elevator to Level 1 to enter the building lobby. Present your ID to security at the front desk to check in and receive a visitor badge. The meeting will be held on the 16th floor, where RSM will greet attendees and direct you to the meeting space.
Registration is required for every attendee, including guests. Members bringing a guest must include the guest’s information when completing their own registration so the guest can be included on the building’s security list.

FWIT Members are encouraged to bring one complimentary First-Time Guest to an FWIT Austin event. Guests must be included with the member’s registration at the time of registration. Please see the Guest Registration Policy below for additional details.
Advanced registration is required for all attendees.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand plans can change. Registrations canceled or updated on or before October 20, 2026 at 1:00pm CST are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future FWIT Austin event.
Cancellations made after the RSVP deadline and no-shows will remain responsible for the applicable registration fee.
Guest Registration Policy
Members who register a complimentary first-time guest are responsible for notifying FWIT Austin if the guest’s plans change. Please update or cancel the guest registration before 1:00pm CST on October 20, 2026.
A $25 guest no-show fee may apply if a member’s registered complimentary guest does not attend and FWIT Austin has not received prior notice.
Payment Options
Event registration fees are due on or before October 20, 2026.
