Event Registration

To help cover event and food & beverage costs, registration fees are as follows:

FWIT Members: $40 

Non-Members: $55

FWIT Members are encouraged to bring one complimentary First Time Guest for their initial FWIT Austin event (see guest registration policy below).

First-time attendees who are not attending as the guest of an FWIT Member may register using the “First Time Attendee” ticket option for a complimentary first visit.

Registration is required for all attendees.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand plans can change. Registrations canceled or updated on or before June 16, 2026 will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event. Late cancellations and no-shows after the deadline will still be charged.

Guest Registration Policy

While FWIT Members may bring one complimentary First Time Guest, guest registrations should also be updated by June 16 if plans change. Members who register a guest that does not attend without prior notice may be subject to a $25 guest no-show fee.
