What exactly is Magnolia in Waco, TX? If you’re not familiar with Chip and Joanna Gaines’ runaway success of an HGTV show, Fixer Upper, it’s hard to imagine a home improvement show that has sparked a brand encompassing everything from a restaurant to an entire district of decor shops, all centered around some abandoned agricultural equipment … And yet, that’s exactly what Magnolia Market, AKA Magnolia, AKA the Silos, is.

VENDOR OPPORTUNITY
Limited Vendor Booth Spaces Available contact Leslie Rhodes for more information! ~~~~~~~~ Our day together is just around the corner, and we hope you’re as excited to attend as we are to host it. Check out all the details here - Know Before You Go! We look forward to seeing you at the AC Lounge Patio, sponsored by Klarivis and Ironcore, for the optional Thursday, April 23rd Networking Mixer from 5:30PM to 7:30PM. Additional Information: Esther's Closet - FWIT is partnering with Esther’s Closet, a wonderful organization that equips women with professional clothing, empowerment tools, and support as they step into new opportunities. One of the simple but impactful ways we can help is by donating new or gently used reusable shopping bags. These bags allow Esther’s Closet to package clothing and essentials for the women they serve—and they go through a lot of them. Please consider bringing one or more reusable shopping bags to donate. Every bag makes a difference and helps FWIT show up for women across Texas in a tangible, meaningful way. Vision Board Activity - We will be creating vision boards during the forum - a thought provoking, reflective activity to help us focus our goals, inspire new ideas, and step confidently into the rest of 2026 and beyond. To prepare for the session, please take a few moments to reflect on the questions in the Vision Board Exercise. Think of it as heart-work not homework. These prompts are designed to help you begin redefining what matters most, realigning with your priorities, and imagining the bold, confident version of yourself you’re stepping into! Please bring any of the following items you’d like to use, donate, or share: Magazines (career, lifestyle, leadership, wellness—anything with inspiring images or headlines) Scrapbook or decorative paper Stickers, stencils, or embellishments Scissors Glue sticks or double sided tape Markers, pens, or highlighters Any small items or printed quotes that inspire you We’ll also have a selection of materials on-site, but member donations help ensure everyone has plenty to work with and make their vision board truly their own.
