FWIT Austin Holiday Party

FWIT Austin Group Members,

We’re excited to invite you to our 2025 FWIT Austin Holiday Party on Wednesday, December 10^th from 6:00 - 8:00pm at the Texas Bankers Association. Please join us in your favorite sparkly or festive attire for an evening of celebration, connection, and giving back to the community!

Location Details:

Texas Bankers Association - 203 W 10th St, Austin, TX  78701 

Parking is available on the 2nd and 3rd levels of the parking garage in unreserved spots.

Event space will be held on the 9th floor.

Charity Spotlight:

In the Spirit of the season, FWIT Austin will be raising funds to support SAFE Alliance, a non-profit supporting individuals and families affected by domestic violence and sexual assault. Optional monetary donations can be made with your registration payment or by cash or check.

Event Registration:

To help us cover event costs, this year’s Holiday Party will include a registration fee for members ($20) and non-members ($25).

First time guests are encouraged to attend and will not be charged a registration fee.

Registration is required for all attendees.

Please RSVP by December 7, 2025, to secure your spot!

No Show/Cancellation Policy:

In the event that your plans or circumstances may have changed, we kindly request that you update your registration prior to December 7, 2025.

Cancellations received prior to the RSVP deadline are eligible for a full refund or credit towards a future event for you or an attendee in your place.

Late cancelations made after the RSVP deadline and no-show attendance will still be charged for registration.

Registration Payment:

Event registration fees are due on or before December 10, 2025.

We accept cash, check, or Venmo (see QR code below).
