Jessica Lovell, Senior Vice President at First National Bank Texas, is an influential senior leader responsible for overseeing Customer and Digital Experience. She has successfully led large-scale programs, streamlined complaint resolution processes, and implemented strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction. Throughout her career, Jessica has demonstrated a strong ability to lead high-performing teams, improve operational efficiency, and navigate complex regulatory environments. With over two decades of experience in the banking sector, she is recognized for her leadership, innovation, and commitment to delivering exceptional results in customer service and operational performance. Jessica prides herself on relatability, authenticity, and being a champion for change.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Jessica serves as President of Financial Women in Texas (FWIT), where she advocates for women’s empowerment and greater diversity in the financial sector. Previously, she served on the Holcomb YMCA Advisory Board for three years, contributing to the development and support of community programs. Jessica is also an active volunteer with the Giving Gown Foundation and Flags for Fallen Vets. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, antique shopping, and spending quality time with her husband Shannon, and their two children, Landon, and Shayna.
